A newly renovated project in Vathi, Cavos area has now been completed. It gives us great pleasure to present to you a beautiful new three bedroom house by the sea, with finishing touches of high quality.

This project started with stripping all the internal walls, and creating a new layout with new plans. The front part of the house, maximizing the beautiful sea views this property has to offer, is the new lounge and kitchen open plan with balcony doors, opening onto a newly built stone finish balcony. The colours chosen in this area specifically by the client, was a clean white on the walls and fresh teal colour kitchen tiles, with the decor and interior design following this beautiful theme.

There is a passage way which follows through to the back of the house, where two newly built bedrooms are available both with en-suite bathrooms. A separate guest bathroom with a back door, leading to the back veranda and a separate laundry room.

All bedroom and bathroom walls are painted in white and the bathroom tiles are a gloss teal colour. Each bathroom uniquely designed, with the same layout. Throughout the house is newly installed oak wooden floors with new wooden doors, windows and shutters. Integrated air condition and underfloor heating is also installed throughout the house.

This Project started last year, a total renovation of a basement into a two bedroom apartment with separate laundry room, separate bathroom, and an open plan office area.

This project began in October 2022. The current building was originally used as a business which would show movies in the great courtyard. When we sold this property to our clients, their vision was to turn this space into a gorgeous, modern 2 bedroom home. 

Mv properties have been busy with a house renovation of a quaint little home on the hillside in Kioni that was recently sold. The new owners dreamed of keeping the house as authentic and true to its original form, while adding a splash of modern, graceful and uncomplicated flair.

MV properties has been asked to be part of another renovation project, this time pertaining to the swimming pool and outside area of this tucked away home in Stavros village. 

Mv properties has been on the move again with another wonderful renovation project. The new owners bought this beautiful property with prime position on the waterfront in Vathi bay although the house was in need of a full renovation. 

MV Properties project management services have been busy with the initial stages of renovations to a house that was sold in Lefki, on the west coast of the island.

MV Properties is expanding! Over the last month we have been working hard on renovating the new office of MV Properties in Vathi.

Our client was a very dear friend of ours who fell in love with Ithaki since their first visit many years ago. We were all too happy to make her dream of owning her own home in Stavros, Ithaca come true.

This was our second project, which we so enjoyed. Seeing an old Greek village home transform into a luxury holiday villa with rental potential was a very satisfying build for us.
