Home Renovation in Stavros, Ithaki

This was our second project we management and completed to the satisfaction of our client. We transformed a traditional Greek village home into a luxury holiday villa with high rental potential.

In all this project took approximately a year to complete with all new internal and external plumbing and electricity. We created a terrace and installed the swimming pool, outdoor barbecue area and separate pool room and entertainment gazebo.

The interior of the house was fully refurbished with exposed stone walls, wooden beams, smooth cement and ultra high end fixtures and finishing which provide a chic and modern look to the house.

This project is a fantastic example of how good working collaboration with our contractual team can take the renovation and vision to the next level and meet the clients expectations and needs.
