This holiday house found close to Kalamos natural springs, within the pretty mountainside village of Kolleri, is the perfect holiday retreat for you and your family.

The house has recently been renovated and refurbished and is open to welcome guests to enjoy its peaceful atmosphere, natural surroundings and of course the exquisite views of the iconic white cliffs of Afales bay. This multi level house consists of the living area on the first floor (road level) and the sleeping area downstairs on the ground level of the property.

As you enter the house you are treated to a naturally lit and breezy open plan kitchen, dining and living room. All fittings and appliances are brand new and of highest quality. The decor is simple, clean and cool with white interiors, wooden features and the smooth cement finishing creating a modern yet traditional feel. From this level you can walk straight through to the top outdoor terrace which showcases the spectacular views under the newly constructed rattan pergola.

One can access the ground level via the outside staircase or by the internal staircase which leads one to an open seating area with the sleeper couch and large communal wardrobe. The next room is a bedroom with twin beds and following down the passage are a separate guest w/c, bathroom with shower and the double bedroom with sea view.

The house is ideal for a young family and offers practical, comfortable and homely living spaces. It will truly feel like your home away from home. It is dotted with island memorabilia from the local beach and offers a spacious and secure garden, which is still in progress, along with the outdoor shower to cool off during those warm afternoons.

The house ideally sleeps 4 people but can accommodate up to 6, with the additional use of the sleeper couch. The house is fully self-catering with all white goods including coffee machines, dishwasher and washing machine. There are ceiling and standing fans in the bedrooms and the living area upstairs has a constant sea breeze sweeping up from Afales bay cooling the space down.

The natural springs of Kalamos are a couple minutes’ walk from the house where you can enjoy the island’s cleanest drinking water and one can reach Perivoli beach/ Afales via a footpath starting close to the house.
