Ionian Breeze Houses are made up of two houses which can be rented separately during the summer and throughout the off season. They are equal in size yet slightly differ in layout and features, however they both boast magnificent views of Afales bay and the luscious green landscape below.

Each house is multi-level and consists of a garage for one car with internal stairs leading to the ground level which consists of the tiered kitchen, dining and living room. The living room opens to a balcony overlooking the bay of Afales and the dining room opens to the terrace which is a mini tropical oasis in which to relax and enjoy.

Leading up the beautifully designed smooth cement staircase to the first floor are the bedrooms and bathrooms. There is one double bedroom and one twin bedroom in each villa which both have spectacular sea views.

Both houses have been fitted and furnished to the highest level of decor, providing a stylish and sophisticated aesthetic. Neutral shades of taupe, cream and natural wood highlight the exposed ceiling featuring wooden beams and slotted bamboo painted in a crisp white. The quality, attention to detail and method of how these materials have been used both inside and outside provide ultimate comfort and a touch of class.

Ionian Breeze is the ultimate in luxury holiday accommodation, and is perfect for a couple or small family. Furthermore, it is ideal for families who wish to holiday together yet would like their own privacy of the separate villas but share the outdoor entertainment areas. The houses are within walking distance to Afales bay and Frikes and a short drive from Stavros.
