MV Properties had the privilege of organising this beautiful baptism of Christo,s in the unique bay of Mavrona, below Rachi Village.
With close family and friends from Zakynthos, the ceremony took place at: Ag Nikolaos church during September 2025. The weather was perfect, and the location ideal for this memorable event.
On arrival guests were welcomed with refreshments of water with ice and lemon, and fresh lemonade, with traditional colourful and tasty ‘koufeti’ which we organised by Babaloo in Vathi. A sunflower theme was chosen with warm, vibrant tones which were continued throughout the event, creating a joyful and upbeat atmosphere. There were hand fans available for the guests and the flowers at the door as well as the christening bath inside were bright and cheerful all organised by Anthopolio Futokosmo. After the lovely ceremony, all the guests and family were joined on the beach for a photo shoot by Ithaca weddings.
A transfer bus was organised to take the guests to the next bay, called Frikes, for the evening meal at Ayeri restuarant. The same delightful theme continued with matching placemats to the gifts provided to the children. This included; a nice mug and a glass cylinder with koufeta inside. The table arrangements were beautifully created with attention to detail, and guests were shown to their tables in order for the night to begin.
The evening perfectly unfolded with music from DJ Dimos, who played traditional songs for greek dancing. The delicious, authentic greek food was served with a birthday cake for Christos who turned one years old. This celebration cake was made by Servos Bakery.
