This Project started last year, a total renovation of a basement into a two bedroom apartment with separate laundry room, separate bathroom, and an open plan office area.

The wonderful owners have provided their own interior decor design with their choice of colours. We completed clean white colours with a splash of blue in the office area as per their preference. The smooth cemented floors, including redesigned stairs leading to this apartment, create warm tones and welcome guests to the remaining rooms which were installed with new tiled floors. From the start we had the privilege of building the interior walls with bricks, and dry walling. New, high quality wooden doors, windows, shutters and mosquito nets were installed which has made this project so rewarding.

A new bathroom was designed with two access doors, smooth cement shower and surface top with tiling throughout the remaining bathroom. This mix of textures, gives a modern feel with calming island tones which  really welcomes guests into the newly transformed ground floor apartment.

The utility room was achieved with using the space very well to include; washing machine, dryer, separate fridge and scullery area, all neatly built into wooden cupboards with wooden surface top, creating a slick, well kept, useful area.

Throughout the whole house, there is air-conditioning for the warmer months, and central heating with diesel for the cooler months.

We are so pleased to achieve the goal of completing this project, meeting our clients needs in a timely manner and to their expectations. We look forward to exploring the external areas and landscaping as a separate project in the near future.
