A newly renovated project in Vathi, Cavos area has now been completed. It gives us great pleasure to present to you a beautiful new three bedroom house by the sea, with finishing touches of high quality.
This project started with stripping all the internal walls, and creating a new layout with new plans. The front part of the house, maximizing the beautiful sea views this property has to offer, is the new lounge and kitchen open plan with balcony doors, opening onto a newly built stone finish balcony. The colours chosen in this area specifically by the client, was a clean white on the walls and fresh teal colour kitchen tiles, with the decor and interior design following this beautiful theme.
There is a passage way which follows through to the back of the house, where two newly built bedrooms are available both with en-suite bathrooms. A separate guest bathroom with a back door, leading to the back veranda and a separate laundry room.
All bedroom and bathroom walls are painted in white and the bathroom tiles are a gloss teal colour. Each bathroom uniquely designed, with the same layout. Throughout the house is newly installed oak wooden floors with new wooden doors, windows and shutters. Integrated air condition and underfloor heating is also installed throughout the house.
