This land encompasses a large portion of the mountainside in Marmakas region. The lush landscape filled with a variety of olive and forest trees provides a natural and rural setting.

The property is under appeal for forest approval which will allow you to build on the property. The entire Marmakas area does not have electrical supply so one would need to use solar panels and generators or build an eco friendly house.
