Zaros House is a well presented, beautiful and private holiday house in the coastal village of Kioni. 

It is located high along the ridge of the village offering its guests the most spectacular sea views overlooking Kioni bay, Atakos and iconic Kioni mills. This house is fully self catering and sleeps 4 people. As it was built on the gradient of the mountainside, it offers a unique layout which provides you with a multi-layered maze of stone terraces and seating areas, each offering an even greater view than the next.

One would park on the road and enter the property via a stone stairway. The first level of the house is a studio room with two single beds, set of drawers, air conditioning, kettle and bathroom. Just outside the studio is a delightful terrace area where you can enjoy the sights and sounds of the village below. 

Following on from the terrace to the second level of the property, you will enter the first level of the main house which is through the open plan kitchen and living area. This space has lofty ceilings and large doors leading out to the balcony. The room is bright with natural sunlight and has vibrant artwork adorning the walls. The kitchen and living room have all the amenities and comforts you would expect from this first class accommodation.

Continuing on towards the back of the house is a double bedroom, one bathroom with shower and washing machine. The bedroom opens onto  the quaint back courtyard decorated with pretty pot plants with green foliage and has a seating area. This level of the main house is fully air conditioned and offers a homely feel with practical and contemporary living spaces.

Heading up another stone stairway you are led to the alfresco dining area with an outdoor dining table under the old olive tree. The views are incredible from this viewpoint as it offers an amazing space to wine and dine with friends and family. There is more…

Meandering through the olive groves of this tiered property you will find yourself on the top level of the house which has panoramic 360 degree views overlooking Kioni village and bay. This terrace features a bamboo pergola with lazy armchairs and comfortable outdoor couches. This exquisite space offers a natural, peaceful and quiet environment for you to completely relax into holiday mode.

Zaros House is the idyllic island retreat for a small group of friends or a family. The central location allows you to walk into town and to all the coastal bays on the east coast.
