Andriana’s House offers self catering accommodation and is fully equipped including air conditioning providing you with all the comforts and conveniences you would require on your stay. 

The kitchen and bathroom have recently been renovated with modern fittings and furnishings. Leading from the open plan kitchen you have the spacious dining and living room area with its neutral decor and hand-picked, traditional antique pieces. The two bedrooms, one double and one twin are comfortable in size and are naturally lit and breezy with the balcony opening out from the twin bedroom and living room. 

This house offers simple and beautiful living spaces and equally beautiful outdoor spaces with a tiled courtyard and balcony offering expansive 180 degree sea views overlooking the bay and iconic Kioni windmills. Towards the side of the house is another private outdoor area where you can relax under the grape vine pergola.

We would love to welcome you to Andriana’s House for your holiday on Ithaca. You have the idyllic village of Kioni on your doorstep, with cocktail bars, traditional taverna’s and boutiques along the waterfront which is a short walk from the house. Furthermore, Filiatro beach (kantina beach) and all the bays along the east coast shoreline are within walking distance to the house.
