The exterior of the house is typically Ithacan style with majestic stone wall and large terraces. The olive trees provide the shade and a sense of nature to this contemporary home.

The outdoor entertainment areas are well equipped with a barbecue facility, comfortable and elegant outdoor furniture to total relaxation on those summer afternoons. The ground floor leads in an open plan living space with a kitchen / prep area, newly renovated bathroom and two bedrooms.

The exposed stone walls, smooth cement flooring with bold and contemporary features provide a cool cellar-type atmosphere. The house is fully air-conditioned and heated.
