You access the house via a short footpath with steps leading up to the house. The sunrise from this balcony is amazing, watching the yachts coming and going in the mornings, is truly something magical. This one bedroom home has a lot to offer; it is the perfect ‘lock up and go’ holiday home, in a wonderful neighborhood. It is within walking distance to all the shops and restaurants and only a 5 minute drive to the nearest beach.
