One can truly enjoy the serenity and tranquillity of the beautiful island of Ithaca, from your very own home. There is a driveway that leads towards the house with off road private parking. 

This rental property has so much space, both inside and outside, with a luxury private swimming pool and sunbathing area immersed in nature. The views of the bay of Vathi and the sea overflow into this property engulfing one into the magnificence of the island of Ithaca. 

As you enter the house, you have a very grand living and dining area with a well equipped, beautiful kitchen towards the back of the house. This lounge and living area opens up onto a marvellous front porch to enjoy the quiet views ahead. The house consists of two bedrooms; the main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and the second bedroom has a separate bathroom. Both with double beds, built in cupboards and wooden floors. The bedrooms both have a lot of natural light and are breezy with the many windows. There is also integrated air conditioning throughout the house which keeps the temperature at a comfortable cool level. The house can sleep up to 5 people, with a sleeper couch in the living room and a child’s bed in the second bedroom. 

The outside of this property offers many wonderful ‘relax’ zones; with the pool area, but also a large dining table to be able to enjoy or entertain with dinner outside. There is another quiet spot  on the side of the property to enjoy one’s morning coffee at a little table with the majestic sea views in front. 

The house offers wifi and general cleaning once a week. It is so well situated, being private and away from people, but close enough to the two local tavernas in Perachori village and Vathi main town is just a few minutes drive away. The beaches are also only about a 15 minute drive away. 

Currently the minimum stay is 5 days and the Rates are on request.
