Our client was a very dear friend of ours who fell in love with Ithaki since their first visit many years ago. We were all too happy to make her dream of owning her own home in Stavros, Ithaca come true.

This was our second project, which we so enjoyed. Seeing an old Greek village home transform into a luxury holiday villa with rental potential was a very satisfying build for us.

This old stone ruin, was used to build two new stone houses. Destroying the old ruin structure and re-creating it with the original stone to make these two beautiful stone houses, was very rewarding. The pictures show it all. Before, Work in Progress and After.

This was a really rewarding project which resulted in an amazing transformation. The aim was to create a modern, chic look. We exposed and preserved the natural stone wall which was behind a tiled wall; new plumbing was installed for the shower,

This renovation took place in the summer 2019. Our client wanted an additional living space and we converted the playroom into an en-suite double bedroom and separate storeroom.

The lovely South African couple married on beautiful Ithaca in september month. A perfect setting and day for them it was. A very memorable and small ceremony with a special reception party in the local taverna of Stavros Village afterwards.
