Pilikata cottage is tucked away in the back streets of Stavros village offering a quiet and more private setting to spend your days on Ithaca.

The house is a maisonette style cottage with simple and clean island-inspired decor with easy living spaces and green outdoor spaces. The cottage consists of the living area on the ground level with the kitchen as you enter the house, a full bathroom with bath and shower, a comfortable sitting area leading out to the balcony.

Heading upstairs are the two bedrooms with one double and one twin bedroom, accommodating 4 people. The upstairs area shares a bathroom with shower and each bedroom has balconies overlooking Polis bay in the distance and mountainous views of Kalyvia village.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary white goods, dishwasher, cutlery and crockery. There is also a washing machine on the ground floor bathroom for your disposal. There is air conditioning and balconies leading from the living room and both bedrooms upstairs allowing you to embrace as much outdoor space as possible.

There is a garden below the cottage with an outdoor terrace area you can relax under the old olive trees. Pilikata cottage has a private entrance and parking for 2 cars. The area is quiet and private and is perfect for an island retreat.

This cottage caters for all your needs whilst holidaying on Ithaca, it provides easy living and comfort. The location of the house is superb and is only a 5 minute walk to Stavros town with an additional 10 minutes to polis beach.

Rates below are based on a minimum of three night’s stay and depend on season.
